You will receive an automatic withdrawal application form when you make a contract.<br />
If you apply for it, it will come into operation from the following month or a month after the following month.<br />
The monthly rent will be withdrawn on the 25th of every month. If there is not enough money in the account, it will be withdrawn again on the last day of the month.<br />
If there is still not enough money in the account, a late payment charge will be requested for any payment after the last day of the month.</p>

We see many cases like changing toilet seat, adding air conditioner and others.<br />
Some remodeling items don&#8217;t require you to restore it back to original when you move out, but some does require.<br />
So please check the list and see if your remodeling items require restoration or not.</p>
