“これは、何と言う意味ですか？” (Kore wa, nan to iu imi desu ka?)

The phrase means “What does this mean?” A very useful phrase when you cannot read
Japanese or Kanji. It will be very useful if you remember this especially when applying for
important papers. It will be easier for a Japanese to explain what you are asking for when you
ask using this phrase.

◆19th Namaste India Festival 2011 (ﾅﾏｽﾃ・ｲﾝﾃﾞｨｱ2011)

◇Namaste India Festival is the biggest Indian festivial in Japan. Last year, Over 170,000 people came and
enjoyed the event. You can experience the world of Indian culture at Yoyogi Park Event Square such as clothing,
food and some intellectual stuff. The event has many exhibition booths relating to India and performances as well.
This is a good event to go with your family or friend. Entrance is FREE.
